Writing percussion material for marching band can be challenging, considering there are so many types of percussion programs with different time constraints, members, budgets, etc. Often it is the role of the percussion section to form “connective tissue” between show themes that helps overall flow. If you need help with your percussion parts, whether writing a book for the entire show, or just someone to edit “stock” parts for clarity/individual fit, I am glad to help! And if I can’t assist you, I certainly know other arrangers with a high level of experience that can. Don’t hesitate to start a conversation!
